In Korea, green tea was traditionally produced using the Ku-Jung-Ku-Po method, which involves roasting and grinding tea nine times to extract as many tannins from the leaves as possible. Today, South Korea still has its own way of producing tea. The result can be seen and tasted: small hand-rolled leaves that envelope the aroma of the entire tea plant. Certified organic.
